The in-game Help screen has a Mobility tab: 41 entries on everything you meet in the world, from the split-rune Bilateral Totems and the Shielded Chests of the ruins to the Lumin Amber that flies away when touched. Every entry is here with the game's own pictures and wording. Pick one on the left like you would in the game.

Climbing, swimming, and flying are three common Pathfinding abilities. They can be used in the following ways:

Pathfinders can swim while in a non-twined state.

Some Aniimo can use climbing, swimming, or flying abilities while deployed and twined or when equipped for Pathfinding.

Aniimo Pathfinding abilities, namely climbing, swimming, and flying, come in three levels. The higher the level, the faster your Movement Speed when using them.

When climbing, swimming, or flying abilities are triggered automatically, the best character for the Pathfinding action will usually be chosen based on this priority: Currently Twined Aniimo > Aniimo Equipped for Pathfinding > Pathfinder.

When using an Aniimo equipped for Pathfinding to climb, swim, or fly, exiting the corresponding Pathfinding ability will not immediately end twining. During this short delayed exit window, you can press the button shown in the lower-right corner to exit early manually and return to regular character control.
