Aniimo Open-World Boss System

Alpha & Omega World Bosses

Omega bosses don’t spawn on a timer. There are 3 of them, one per region, and each stays inert until you finish a specific Journey quest. Waiting at the marker does nothing until that quest is done. Below: all 3, what unlocks each, and how they differ from the roaming Alpha tier.

  • 3 Omega bosses, one per region
  • 17 Alpha field bosses
  • 50 Primegy per Omega attempt
  • Weekly reset once unlocked

Alpha vs Omega

Alpha bosses roam the open world and respawn on their own – no quest gate, cheaper to challenge. Omega bosses are a separate, quest-gated tier: a boss-danger marker that stays inert until you’ve completed the right Journey quest in that region, then costs double to fight and refreshes weekly instead of ambiently.

Omega

  • Inert until its unlock quest is finished
  • 50 Primegy per attempt
  • Exactly 3, one per region

This is what the fight is for. 17 of the 20 world bosses unlock an evolution: that Aniimo will not evolve until you have beaten its boss, whatever else you have done.

The 3 Omega bosses

Three, one per region. Each one stays inert until its own Journey quest is finished.

FAQ

Why won’t the Omega Aniimo boss spawn?

It is not a passive spawn: there is no ambient timer and no weather trigger. Waiting at the map marker, at any time of day, does nothing. Each one appears only once you finish a specific Journey quest in its region, the one named on its card above.

How often does an Omega boss reset once unlocked?

The encounter refreshes weekly once unlocked. Treat it as a weekly cooldown rather than a fixed day of the calendar.

What does an Omega boss attempt cost?

All 3 cost 50 Primegy per attempt, double the 30 Primegy of an Alpha field boss.

What’s the difference between an Alpha and an Omega boss?

Alpha bosses roam the open world and respawn on their own, no quest required, for 30 Primegy. Omega bosses are a separate, quest-gated tier: 3 of them, one per region, each behind its own unlock quest and costing 50 Primegy.
