Regional Forms: One Aniimo, Many Faces
The same species is not the same everywhere. 57 Aniimo lines split into regional forms – the axis the official wiki calls Morphology – and each form is a full variant with its own look, habitats and lore. Crucially, 43 lines change their elements with the form, so the Thornblade you fight in the rain is not typed like the one you met on a sunny day.
- 57 multi-form lines
- 223 forms documented
- 43 lines change type
- 7 form types
How regional forms work
A species' wild population splits by region: the same line lives as its Basic Form in one place and as a Highland, Mountain Woods or weather-bound form in another. Every form carries its own habitats, its own research-book entry and its own art – and when the typing differs, its own strengths and weaknesses, so check the type chart against the form in front of you, not the one you remember. A form-change item also exists in the beta files (its details are still volatile, so we do not print them).
“Aniimo inhabit many different regions. You can move between them using Blooms. What’s more, even identical types of Aniimo may come in different forms, so be sure to pay close attention.”
“White Nimbis are the regional form of the Nimbus Fields.”
The form types in the current beta
Seven named form types exist in the game's data today. The weather-bound and special ones have their own references – tap through:
Every multi-form line
All 57 lines, most forms first. A ✦ marks a form whose elements differ from the basic form. Tap a card for the full per-form breakdown (elements, habitats, lore) on the creature's page:
The form index is read straight from the game's own per-form data: each form's elements, habitats, research-book entry and art come from the in-game beta tables, and the quoted lines are the game's own words. These are Closed-Beta values and may change before launch.
